What data will be collected and for what purpose

This means your personal data, in particular the data you leave in a submitted form or send by e-mail: first name, surname, IP address, e-mail address and telephone number, as well as cookies necessary for the proper use of the website, its services and other features, and for purposes to the extent necessary to provide services properly, perform a contract, or take steps concerning your data before a contract is concluded — including contacting you — as well as to the extent necessary to fulfil a legal obligation incumbent on the controller.

Which entities we may pass your personal data to

In accordance with applicable law we may pass personal data to entities that process it on our behalf — associated entities, whether by personnel or capital, and subcontractors of our services — as well as to bodies entitled to obtain personal data under the law, where such a body makes a request stating its legal basis, for example a court or a public prosecutor.

The controller processes your personal data for as long as the purposes of the processing require, and for a period of 10 years from the day those purposes are fulfilled. Your primary right is to request access to your personal data and its rectification, erasure or restriction of processing. You also have the right to data portability, to withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data, to object, and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

The grounds for processing and collecting your data

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable law. It is necessary for the proper performance of the services and for the correct application of the terms and similar documents governing the services you use. The processing and collection of your data is also justified by the need to match the content of the services to your needs and expectations, and by security, improvement and measurement, as well as by direct marketing of 4B Systems' own services, which lies within the controller's legitimate interest and consists in particular of contacting you in any form in order to offer and provide the services properly. Processing of your personal data for the proper performance of the services and for direct marketing therefore takes place on the basis of your explicit, voluntary consent, given by deliberately ticking the box reading "I consent to the processing of my personal data for the purpose of submitting an offer" at the end of the contact form.

§1. Definitions

1. Administrator – means 4B Systems spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, ul. 2. Cookies – means IT data, in particular small text files, saved and stored on the devices through which the User accesses the pages of the Website.

3. Administrator's Cookies – means cookies placed by the Administrator in connection with the electronic services it provides through the Website.

4. Third-party Cookies – means cookies placed by the Administrator's partners through the Website.

5. Website – means the site at which the Administrator runs its online service.
