We designed and delivered a complete system joining sales data processing with coupon issuing and a communication platform for retailers. Using machine learning, it analysed historical sales data, identified trends and automatically proposed the coupons that best matched current market needs and retailers' buying preferences. The platform also allowed manufacturers and retailers to talk to each other directly, so information could be exchanged and promotions adjusted quickly.
Manufacturers gained a tool for managing promotions effectively, adjusting offers to current sales data and market trends. Retailers received personalised coupons, which increased their interest in promotions and lifted orders. FMCG companies could plan their promotional campaigns far more deliberately, making marketing and sales work more effective.
A property price prediction app for a compensation company
Using property market datasets, the team built an application that predicts property prices from parameters such as location, floor area and finish standard. The machine learning model was trained on historical transaction data, which made asking prices for different property types predictable with real accuracy. The application proved a valuable tool for estate agents, investors and people looking for a flat or a house.
